Please, Help! Premiere Pro Complete Broken UI, Can't Fix.

Hello Adobe support community,

I've installed Premiere Pro some days ago and can't make it work. The UI is impossible to use or read.

I think the culprit might be the integrated GPU or a Dpi problem (I have 300% scale).

I've tried changing Dpi settings in accessibility but it didn't work.

I also get a error like this "Your screen resolution is below the minimum required 1024 x 768". I have a 4k Tv as monitor...

I can eliminate the error if I use a lower scale, like 250% I think. But the UI is nevertheless broken.

I'll wait for your help forum, it will be appreciated.
