Plugins no longer work

I can't find the CSXS file (example - com.adobe.CSXS.10.plist), I think the problem is because of it, PlayerDebugMode is not set. Tell me how to do it and maybe where can I find it?

Mac OS Sonoma, Premiere Pro 23.6.0 (65)
