Pluraleyes 4.1.10 compressing and deleting clips after sync

Hi
We are having issues with our Pluraleyes (4.1.10) Sync. We are syncing our camera (1 video + 2 audio tracks) with audio from a 633 Recorder (3-4 Tracks from a WAV Poly file). when it syncs Pluraleyes compresses the two audio tracks from the camera into one track with each track dedicated to a left or right track. the 3-4 audio recorder tracks are deleted during the sync and only 1 track is synced.
Can you please help us fix this?
