png and jpeg issue in premiere pro

Whenever I am bringing image or png on my timeline, it is showing in alpha or pixels.

Go into interprete footage and check the alpha channel settings: might need adjusting.

Is the image in RGB format? I would open the still in Photoshop and save as a PSD then use that in Premiere.
