Poor performance: Premiere Pro CC 2019 13.0 (Mac)_01

We’ve been running into these issues since we upgraded. We’ve tested everything we can, old projects, new projects, footage form different cameras, we have one room still using a 2008 Mac Pro, and one using the brand new iMac. Everything we have done that uses Pr or Media Encoder 2019 has been a struggle. Footage won’t play back, exports that took minutes in the past, take 10-20 times a s long. I don’t have projects to share because we gave up on it and went back to 2018. Right now, we don’t have the bandwidth to keep testing ’19.
