Pop and Clicks in Premiere Pro timeline 2023

Hello everyone,

Premiere Pro has recently started adding audio pops and distortions featured in the video:

They do not happen during a live stream and they do not happen in the downloaded file.

They DO happen in the Premiere Pro Timeline and the videos exported from Premiere Pro.

I have already:
changed the Audio Input to None
Cleared the Cache
Uninstalled and Reinstalled
Tried using the Click Remover Effect

If anyone has any insight, please let me know. I am at my wits end. I have screen shots showing the settings for everything attached.
