Portfolio questions (Premiere Pro)

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to ask a few questions in order to get rid of doubts. I hope You can help me . It is about Premiere Pro.

  1. Using 30 days trial version of Adobe is illegal for commercial purposes, but what about creating a portfolio? Correct me if I'm wrong but You do not get any remuneration for showing your portfolio, right? So can I prepare my portfolio within free 30 days?
  2. And the last question about portfolio. Do we have free raw materials on the Internet that we can use to create our portfolio? For example free footage of landscapes or nature to show off our skills in editing to get the job? Or do we all have to prepare everything from the scratch?

Thank You all in advance

Luke

  • I do not see anything wrong with using the trial version to create a sample reel. I would say it's fine.
  • You can probably find sample footage on the internet, I'm sure.

Thanks,

Kevin

Adobe Portfolio comes free with qualifying Creative Cloud plans.  And Portfolio ties in seamlessly with Lightroom CC and Behance , another online venue for showcasing examples of your work.

You may embed videos from YouTube, Vimeo or add them from your hard drive to Portfolio project pages.

Unless Adobe has made a recent change, the Premiere Pro trial is 7 days
