Position keyframes change to linear when flattening multicam sequence

My company works almost exclusively with multicam sequences which must be flattened before delivery. We also adjust scale and positioning as necessary. This morning, we realized after we flatten the completed multicam sequence, the position keyframes are changing from Bezier to Linear, which animates the position at a different speed than the scale, and causes the edge of the image to fall below the frame, showing black behind the image. We've got a temporary workaround which will involve a spot-check of the complete project after flattening, but obviously that's not an ideal extra step to take.

This issue is happening across several versions of Premiere and several computers. Skipping the XML is not a step we can take. Sending the XML without flattening will cause errors in other software.

Strangely, when only the position is keyframed, the keyframes remain Bezier. The issue will only happen when both scale and position are keyframed on multicam sequences, but only the position keyframes are affected.

The goal is for the keyframes to remain as edited after flattening the multicam sequences, in this case, Bezier keyframes for both position and scale.
