Positioning a 'Lens Flare' effect..

I have a Lens Flare effect on an Adjustment Layer, with it's "Flare Center" positioned in the center of the frame.

I need to move the entirety of the current flare image/look upward about 30 pixels without changing its look.. but when I try changing the "Position" of the Adjustment Layer, the Flare doesn't move. Any ideas? thnx
