Possible Issues with Crushed Files

I'm encountering an issue with my rendered files; during the rendering process, everything seems to be running smoothly without any apparent problems or errors. However, when I export the files using H.264 to MP4, the resulting MP4 files only contain audio, and the screen is entirely a stoped mixed frames. (it is not an issue with the media player)
