Post processing Error message

Can anyone tell me what would cause this message during processing. You can see my settings in the background. This video did export, and is ok in youtube. But when I play the copy saved to my hard drive it stalls.

Strange thing is, it's a low byte timeline. Mostly stills and only a little over a minute and a half long.

    Best guess is the Profile and Level you have set for the export are too low to allow the specs you need.

    I don't think so Jim

    I've tried 4 different settings now and got the exact same error message every time. I put together a different video yesterday that was very similar with no messages, no issues.
