Posting images in the Forum

I would like to post some image of my settings in Premier Pro CC 2019 to have Forum members correct them, since I am still not being able to get 5.1 surround sound.

What is the proper size and quality for the images to be properly displayed in the Forum?  They already are .jpg

    When you add the image, it is resized for display. I don't know if there is a pixel dimension limit, but there is an aggregate size limit for the file size in MB:
