PowerPoint zooms in on play then full size when stopped

I have a ppt on premiere timeline. It is a copy of one I already used on my timeline which is working perfectly fine. It is in another track. The copied one, when i hit play it zooms in aka (crops most of it) but when I stop, it changes to full screen (which is the size I need it to be when i hit play). I found the exact problem online. Which says when he sets the Select Playback Resolution to Full it does what I need it to do, but if it's on 1/2 then it happens again. So, my question is, is there a way around. I'm not sure this fixes the problem or if i will have problem when uploading the video. Does anyone know what i should do or has this ever happened to you? And, how did you fix it? TIA
