PP 14.3.0 Program/Source Monitors go black

After installing 14.3.0 Build 38, the old problem of the program and source monitors going black has returned. This occurs with CUDA on, after a few minutes of use. Often, once this occurs, the monitor will display properly during playback, but will go black as soon as playback stops. Sometimes it will not play properly during playback, and will remain black. Turning CUDA off returns normal monitor function, but of course that leads to poor performance. GPU is NVIDIA GTX960 with just 2GB vram, but was working fine until Build 38.
