PP 2018 Still Crashes - It's a

I'm on an IMAC - 16 gb

AMD Radeon R9 M395X 4096 MB

Overtime I call support they take over the mac -- and really mess stuff up -- My media and projects are on hard drives -either Thunderbolt or usb 3 - why does this silly thing keep crashing? any ideas?

And this is just the main problem
