PP 2018 Video at start???

I just downloaded Premiere Pro 2018 yesterday. When I try to start it up, it locks up the computer and on one of my monitors 1/3 of a video begins playing over and over.??? I'm using a Lenovo computer with Windows 10. Brand new.

    My first thought is to drop down to one monitor until everything works.
