PP 23.4 (May 2023 release) Can't Transcribe In + Out Points Only

In the old transcription and caption panel you could choose to only transcribe what was inside the In and Out points on the timeline. This seems to be missing now and my only option is to transcribe the entire sequence?

Am I missing something? This is a big hassle as I frequently only clip out small sections for captions from a larger file. Any work around?
