PP 23.5 Bug / Unable to track mask if ciips are overlaying

Premiere Pro 23.5 is unable to complete the tracking for a mask on a "Gaussian Blur", as long as V2 and V3 are overlapping the clip (i.e. on the selected clip in the screenshot). Disabling the overlaying clips is a workaround and lets the tracking finish. Nonetheless this is a to be considered a bug since the Tracking should finish, regardless if other tracks are overlaying or not.
