PP CC2017 BUG? - Can't reconnect AE Dynamic Links

PP Users/Adobe,

Is anyone else experiencing broken Dynamic Links that cannot be reconnected in PPCC2017.

I can locate the exact AE file, but clicking 'okay' simply does nothing.

I even tried move the AE file to AE2017 so that they're matched released, but no luck.

I've never trusted Dynamic Link too much (as opposed to the safer option of rendering out your AE compositions) and this seems to give further evidence that having a project full of dynamic links would be a seriously bad idea.

Would love to know if this is an isolated issue?
