PP Denoise Effect

Hi, I am new to PP and am learning on my own. I just came across this Denoise effect which is very handy. I am using it to remove BG noise from some clips not all. The issue is (maybe it's not an issue that's actually my question) when I apply the effect the first time, it basically blocks eveyrthing, dialogue and everything is mumbling, and you can barely hear anything however when the same exact clip with same exact effects and settings is played a second time, it is so much better, and a third it is even better, dialogue can be heard loudly and clearly and barely any BG nosie. So my question is, do I actually need to play each clip that has taht denoise effect 2-3 times before exporting to get the best results or can I just apply the effect and export and it will give me the audio the way it sounds when I play it 3 times and then export?
