PP not recognizing Media Encoder

I have the lastest versions of both Premeire and Media Encoder.  Two weeks ago I exported from PP to ME with no issues. This morning I tried and now all I get is Media Encoder not installed.  I have opened ME and it is installed. I have tried uninstalling ME and reinatalling it. I have logged out of Creative Cloud and rebooted my Mac. Still getting the same error messege.

Might help if you tell us your system specs: OS version, Premiere version, amount of RAM, Hardware specs including graphics card and if you have any 3rd party plugins installed for Premiere...    I know you said it was working fine a couple of weeks ago, so have you done any OS updates or installed any new applications?    Will the export work ok directly from within Premiere?    And do you have Media Encoder up and running before trying to send from Premiere?  I know that seems obvious, but never hurts to ask.    

 

Could be a problem what I think is called the dll library which I think is what is used to both send to media encoder and also to work with Aftereffects from Premiere.  If you have AfterEffects, try selecting a clip in a timeline, control click and choose replace with AfterEffects composition and see if that's working properly.   

 

You haven't said whether your on mac or windows, but either way, can't hurt to try and create a new system user with administrator privileges and see if that helps...
