PP Productions - changes to files within "Productions" panel do not update

This has been happening ever since I started using Productions in the 2022 version, and it's holding up in the most updated version to date (23.5) - whenever I make ANY sort of change within the "Production" panel, I cannot see the changes taking place - copying a scene, renaming a scene. The only thing I see live, is if I create something "new" (a folder or a project), otherwise, I have to close the panel and reopen in order to see the change.
