PP Won't Launch After Latest Update

Premier Pro will not launch on my PC after the update on 24Aug2024.  When I click the icon in the task bar, Windows give me a message stating, "This app can't run on your pc to find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher."  Is there a way to revert to the previous version?

Use a different browser such as Firefox to download the CC desktop app and Premiere.

Can you start the creative cloud app? 

What have you tried? Have you tried a reinstall?
