PP2017 VR Mode - no full screen option for Program Monitor

Editing in VR mode - two questions:

1) The full screen monitor doesn't follow what is on the Program Monitor, which is in VR Mode - how can I make it do so?

2) Where has the full screen shortcut gone, or how do I create it, for the Program and Source Monitors in PP CC 2017?
