Ppro 13.0.1: The file is busy and couldn't be updated

I do get a lot the following error in the event log, every 10 minutes or so.

Most of the times it appears more than once (5-15) at the same time.

Does anyone know what is happening? I can't find any more info.

I did some searching around and this resource seems to be helping people who are receiving this error:

In short, try Edit > Preferences > Media > uncheck "Write Markers to XMP"

Let me know if that works!
