PPro 23.5 Flatten Multicam audio does not work

See the attached video, please.

Part of the audio files do not get flatted even in a second try, but some of the tracks are getting lost. Exporting an AAF ist not working with this sequence.

The same workflow is fine when i downgrade the project to 22.6.
