PPRO se bloque à l'importation de fichier - PPRO block after importation

Bonjour,

Je viens d'installer la CC 2017. Tout se passe bien sauf au moment où j'importe des fichiers dans Première PRO. Une fois le fichier sélectionné, le programme se met en mode "Ne répond plus" pendant de longues minutes.

Les médias et les projets sont sur un NAS Synology. Pouvez-vous me dire si vous avez une solution. Le problème persiste aussi bien avec mes deux PC. J'ai aussi testé mon deuxième NAS et le problème est le même.

I'm beginning with Première PRO. When I import files in my project, the programm block "No answer" during long minutes. It's doing the same with my second PC et and my second NAS. The medias and the projects are on a NAS Synology. Can you help me ? I'm losing a lot of time...

    Hi Françoism,

    I am sorry that you are not able to import your media files. I am suspecting it has to do something with the permissions to your shared drive (NAS Synology). I have seen similar issues before, please run a small test:

    Try importing any of your clips from the local drive (or desktop). Please share your observations.

    Hi Kulpreet Singh,
    I did your test now. I imported a file that was on my desktop. And the program well reacted. No blocking. So Waht can I do with my Synology NAS ?
