PProHeadless.exe Entry Point Not Found Error

I've been creating big video projects for the corporate company I'm working in, then one time I got this error:

PProHeadless.exe Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files\ Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro 2023\OCIOWrapper.dll

I'm currently using version 23.6 of Adobe Premiere Pro 2023, tried using methods like installing Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable, but still no luck.

I find this annoying every time I open the software and even when I import PP files into After Effects, it pops up.

I'm using a Dell G15 5515 Ryzen Edition laptop, here are the specs:

AMD Ryzen 7 5800H

64GB RAM (Max upgrade)

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti
