Pr & Ae don't work, only loading!!!

Hi all! 

I hope someone can help me. Suddenly out of the blue both premier pro and after effects are just loading when I open a new project and drag files into the comp or open old projects. I've restarted my computer, reinstalled adobe applications twice. No clue what to do!?!?
