pr audio waveform after scaling inconsistency, dislocation and other problems

Waveform problem: The waveform will suddenly become irregular, and it will recover after shrinking and enlarging the timeline for dozens of times

This problem persists after all caches are removed and the system is reinstalled

System Version: 14.5 This device is the M1 chip 2002 Mac Studio version: v24.5 No plugins installed
