PR auto-applying dynamics processing, EQ, vocal enhancer, and DeEsser to clips automatically.

Whenever I drag a clip to create a new sequence, or auto-scene-detect, PR applies random audio effects and gain changes to different tracks of the clip. I haven't been able to find how to turn this off, and have tried multiple versions of PR. Really need help as it's wasting a ton of time and causing PR to crash often.
