Hi, am a new user of Pr pro, on Mac

i was looking how to change software language to english, so i found a video on youtube,

Mod note: Comment removed. Please do not refer to our internal debug tools.

i restarted the software, it changed to english but it says

"it appears that adobe premiere pro closed unexpectedly in the previous session. Do you want to open previous project?"

and when ever i click yes or no

it appears:

Premiere pro has encountered an error.

[/sirreel64/release/2013.02/shared/adobe/mediacore/backend/make/mac/../../src/core/propertieslmpm.cpp.595],

i click continue, it opens Pr pro but a window appears...

Adobe Premiere Pro

Sorry, a serious error had occured that requires adobe Premiere Pro to shut down. we will attempt to save your current project.

and whe  it click Ok it shuts down pr pro and shows a problem report...

Hope this issue is fixable...

Hi Ahmed,

The best way to change the language of the software is to install it in that language.

Change the language setting of your Creative Cloud apps

Changing application language as mentioned by you will cause issues as the installation directory has files, presets, configuration files, effects etc. which are not affected by this change and may cause a crash. So, we don't recommend this change to any user.

You might need to Uninstall and reinstall it again.
