Pr (v26.0) version unable to use transitions from Film Impact Dashboard

I am using the New Premiere (v26.0) version. I am unable to add any transitions from the Film Impact Dashboard. When i try to apply it between two clips, it gives me the following message: "Transition not applied on all clips or sides". Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

When adding FI transitons from the Dashboard one needs to select both clips and not the cut.

Facing same issue, for previous version i am still able to use it like for V25.
for V26 Temporary i tried to change below setting it helped me.

Go to Edit > ‘Preferences’ > ‘Timeline’
set Image and Video Transition duration to 1.00 Sec

you can also try until adobe fix the issue in next update.

Did not work me….BUT! I changed the timeline from frames to time (ctrl + click on the blue time indicator left top on the timeline (depends on what you currently had set up)). And all of a sudden it worked again.

@Sumeet Kumar Choubey Still the same problem. And still the same fix for me, with the change timeline from frames to seconds.

    Just solve the same problem!

    Go to ‘Preferences’ - ‘Timeline’

And set ‘video transition default duration’ to 1.00 seconds.😁

i dont even see the dashboard any longer in the transitions folder after the update I had to save as a preset from a previous project to use transition.

Hi Peru, Yes, i have enough handles. I am unable to use the transitions from Film Impact Dashboard, but i am able to use video transitions under the effects panel, so the issue is not handles….
