Preimer Pro 2025 Scene Detection Not working.

The scene detection isn't working. I've rebooted, removed, and added the clip and nested it. Nothing is working. What is the fix for this issue? I've attached a small screen recording.

How "crisp" are the differnces between scenes? That we can't see, so a short clip of one or two scene shifts would be useful.
