Premier CC Windows- Constant Crashing!

Hello.  I have been trying to wrap up a project, but my Premiere Pro CC 17 keeps crashing.  First it was random and seemed after a long using time and multiple layers then it just started crashing for no apparent reason at all.

Now, it seems like when importing, CRASH!

Any help would be much appreciated. 

Just says "Program has stopped working" and closes/gives me the option to close or wait for it to respond. 

Im on Windows 10 and a deadline, so please help me fix this. @10124571_17

What does Windows Event Viewer say about the crashes?

Well, I don't know how to really see that info. 

All I know is when I start a project and upload first batch of files, any additional footage I try and import makes the system freeze and the blue wheel spin. 

Any advice on what to do?  I shouldn't be paying for something that is faulty, but if it's on my end, I'd love to know how to fix it.
