Premier crashed at the ending of my project, absolutely all my work was lost

I can't believe this shitty program keeps crashing, this has happened to me for the 3rd time now but this time there was no autosave to save my work, it just crashed and exited the application just because i wanted to insert a title at the end, can someone help me? this is the worst experience I've ever had with Adobe services! really disappointing!!!

The same thing happened to me yesterday. After two days of work Premiere froze up while i was viewing full screen. I was saving all along and saw many times that the autosave was working. Had to force quit the program. When I called the project back in it was back to the first operation I did two days ago!

Any clues?
