Premier crashes at launch

“Adobe Premiere Pro 2025” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Trash."
"This file was downlaoded on an uknown date."

How do i fix this? Adobe support is usless, AI answers not getting anywhere like many support bots these days.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
