Premier Export to Audition—No audio present

I'm trying to edit the audio from my Sony PXW-Z150 in Premier.  It's 4k video with 4 channels of audio in a .mxf file.  It opens just fine in Premiere, but when I try to open the file in Audition there is simply no audio. The tracks are all there, but no audio is present. I have searched forums and found 1 post from 3 years ago dealing with this exact issue, but it was supposedly resolved with an Audition update at that time. I have tried copying the file and placing it in a new sequence but when I export to Audition, the same thing happens. Any help would be very appreciated.

I do have some additional information about this problem. When I use a 2018 edition of Premier, the export to Audition function worked well. But, when I went back to the 2019 version, Audition again will not see audio.

Thanks

Going to Audition ... how? Some working/process details could help.

In Premier, I select the clip and export to Audition. When Audition opens 90 percent of the time there is no audio present in Premier. I would say 10 percent of the time the export process is successful and the audio is present is Audition.
