Premier Not Exporting Full Video

I have to export inidividual clips from a timeline, when I go through my normal preset export settings for some reason premier continuously exports a still frame of my video for the duration of the clip. 

 

I've restarted premier, restarted computer, tried different projects and differnet clips, same issue each time. 

 

Any ideas to fix this issue?

Not having that issue. Please post a screenshot of your export settings.

I opened a new project in Premier 2019 and was able to export with 0 issues, so it has something to do with the Premier 2020, maybe  a bug?

Make sure you have the source range in the left tab of the export settings correctly set.

Yup it has the correct in and out points when I export, I've even tried exporting via Media Encoder and having the same issue
