Premier Pro 12.1.1 Crashes Constantly on Windows Surface Book

I decided to switch from Apple FCPX to Premier Pro 12.1.1 once I upgraded to new MSFT Surface Book.

I am running Windows 10 Pro Version 1803.

Premier Pro won't save and run at all without crashing. It appears completely unstable on this platform.

I received error message each time and I submitted the crash reports along with my email this morning, but no automated or other response yet.

Please advise. Thanks.
