Hey guys, I need help with somenthing. When I imported a video from iphone 11 to Adobe Premier, After Effects and Media Encoder I'm have issue with the preview and render. 

 

My videos get distorted, with a low quality, I don't know how to solve it. I've already change the setting, install and unistall the software, even recording the video in the best quality, the results are the same.

The version of the software are:

Adobe Premier: 23.5

After Effects:  23.5

Media Encoder: 23.5

 

This is the result from my videos, how can i resolve it?

If the footage is variable framerate convert to constant framerate with Handbrake or Shutter Encoder before bringing into Premiere.

You can check the framerate with MediaInfo if it is variable or constant.
