Hi!

I created an adjustment layer and applied the transform effect to it, then I went to scale, I created the Keyframes to create a Zoom in and it doesn't apply the effects, this is in a new project but I went to a project that I created 1 month ago and there it does take the effects, Someone who can help me, I haven't been able to solve it even though I created new projects.
