Premier Pro 15.4 and 15.0 Crashing and not opening on Mac Pro 2013 Big Sur

Hello I updated Premiere Pro to 15.4 version and I couldn't open it, it crashes right away. I tried the 15.0 version. It crashes also.

 

Hum, problem... I can't work now...

 

Any help please ?

Sorry to hear about this. Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, please share the system specs (OS, CPU, GPU & RAM) Also, let us know if any crash log is generated on the system. It will help us to diagnose the issue properly.

Hi Sumeet,

 

Yes it is still crashing at launch.

 

System specs

Mac pro (2013) 

MAC OS BIG SUR 11.6

3,5GHz intel Xeon E5 6 coeurs

63 Go 1866MHz DDR3

AMD FirePro D500 3 Go

 

It is just saying it had to quit for unexpected reason... cf. screenshot

After Effects latest version works fine.

But not Premiere Pro and not Media Encoder.

 

This is the TERMINAL MESSAGE, when i try to use Media Encoder with After Effects.

Is it helping ?

Any solution ?
