Premier pro 2018 Acting up can't edit constantly crashes HELP!!

Premier pro I have installed and re installed reset preferences Done everything how do I fix !

id like to roll back into 2017 11.3 but it doesn't show any help it only shows 6.0 7.0

I'm on a Mac mini 2014 8 gigs ram
