Premier Pro 2020 Using all my ram`

Everytime I make a move then move the playhead, I get the spinngin wheel for 10+ minutes. I have been working with the same exact file types for a few months and this is a new issue. Something that normally take 20 minutes is taking 4 hours. 

PLEASE HELP!!!!
