Premier Pro 2023 launches but does not open projects.

Running:
Mac Book Pro 2020 : 2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5

Graphics:Intel Iris Plus Graphics 1536 MB

Memory:16 GB 3733 MHz LPDDR4X

I have unistalled and reinstaled Premier and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Run AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool
Creative Cloud Uninstaller
Reinstalled and 

update your account to use zsh, please run `chsh -s /bin/zsh`.

Please help I cant find any technical support or contact in Adobe.
Very fustrating.

    Hello @Coatesman,

    Thanks for writing in. The issue is likely that your GPU is not meeting system requirements You may want to change your renderer in Project Settings > General to Software Only. Try that and report back.
