Premier pro 2023 same image keeps flashing on timeline playback and exports.

Premier pro 2023 same image fro manother clip keeps flashing on timeline playback and exports or the image plaing just flashes brighter to back to normal. System i7 Devils Canyon CPU, 32gigs, SSD C software drive, SSD drives, GPU GeForce 2060 Super.

Ive created a new project, cache delete, render files delete, change to software export from Hardware export. Change playback endinge from Cuda to Mercury. Nothing will stop this. Updated all drivers.

The only change that we made was from a Geforce 970 to a 2060 Super. Thats when things went sideways.

What are the media properties?

Well its happening accrose the entire timeline that comprises of 99% 3k DPX clips and a few Prorez 4444 4.6k clips . Its 86min of footage.

Effects used on various select clips are WARP STABALIZER (In Nested clips), LUMETRI Color, Ultra Key and Unsharp mask.

It gets much worse when the timeline is rendered and exported. But it will still happen with much less fequency on unrenedered clips. It always flashed the same image just for a mili second or it will flicker the image. One or the other.
