Premier Pro 2024 Ver.24.5 doesn't open

Hello Community
I have this problem since yesterday suddenly even open old project.

I tired restart PC, unistalled Premier Pro even ALT+Open,

but there was no luck to open app.

When I tried to close the program, screen is showing as attached.

It took overnight then nothing happened, no close app.

I have no idea what to do. I am not good to work on the PC.

Not sure if I can follow more complecated instructions or adivices... 

But it will be much appreciated if there will be some advise I can try.

If you have beta versions installed, try uninstalling them.

It sounds like you were close.

Use the normal desktop icon for Premiere. 

Hold-down shift and double-click the icon, keep shift down until you get the dialogn - if you get it right, you'll get a small dialog window with the options, you'll select them and then OK, or continue, etc...

 

It might have to be a desktop icon

Thank you.

I followed your instruction and opened same as your screen shot.

I hit icon in task bar but it seems like the same...

Looks funny that it seems like 1 and half window open.

First thing to try is the reset your User Preferences and Delete you cache. Hold down shift as you start PP on the normal icon. See if that goes any better.

Post some system info on your hardware. And the PP version # from HELP/About

Thank you for your advice.
I'm not sure where I should go to find User Preferences and delite cache. Which browser?
(sorry, I am very beginner...)
I use both Chrome and Edge, Windows 10 and PP is Ver 24.5.
Tried shift and start PP but no luck again.
