Premier pro 24.3 not opening past the splash screen

Hi All,

 

First time posting here. Bit stressed as I have an edit to get out. Premier stopped working last night, not update done nothing. tried googling and made sure all permissions were correct. Eventually reinstalled my mac and did a fresh install of all programs. 

 

All adobe programs other than PR opens perfectly. Any assistance would be appreciated.

 

 

Ive tried and other version but it just says not responding and tried the beta too which also doesnt work 😞

    On launching Premiere, hold down a modifier key, and tell it to dump all cache files. See if that works.

    and maybe reset preferences...  Wondering also do you have any plugins installed which i think you can also address with the modifier key when launching Premiere .   Do you see any text in the splash screen?  This can sometimes give you a clue as to where the problem is.  See attached screen grab
