I'm running on Integrated Graphics, is it possible to use Premier Pro and After Effects with integrated graphics?  I'm not looking to do anything fancy, just play around with home videos and what not. Any wisdom would be really appreciated.  Thank you.

It depends on the age of your system, and the brand of CPU and the type and performance level of the integrated graphics. Some of the newer types of integrated graphics actually perform pretty good for what they are, although no match for even a mediocre discrete GPU. Other, very-low-end integrated graphics have too few processing units to even enable GPU acceleration at all.

The computer I have is an 7th Gen i5, 8 GB of ram, and it's about 6 or 7 months old I'm guessing.  Thank you so much for the info.

You may want to upgrade your system's RAM to 16 GB. This is because the integrated Intel HD Graphics 620 (in most mobile i5 CPUs) or 630 (in most desktop i5's) steals a small portion of the system RAM for itself, and if the amount of RAM that's available to programs gets reduced below 8 GB due to the theft of system RAM just for the IGP, Premiere Pro may semi-permanently lock the MPE renderer to the software-only mode.

Sure, it will run. You may, however, not being able to use GPU processing.GPU processing accelerates some activities drastically.
